The location of the hotel is super. Most convenient for theatres and there are plenty of good restaurants in the vicinity. Our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable, although there was damage to the window pane which was a bit unsightly when the blind was open. The view from our window was fine (London Eye and Big Ben in the distance). A room overlooking Leicester Square would have been nicer but would, not unreasonably, I think, have cost more and may be noisier at night. The choices at breakfast were terrific - full English, meats, cheeses, fruit, yoghurts and pastries etc. The reception staff and waiting staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Will have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

The hotel is very nice! We travelled as a family, of four, with two teenagers. We had a junior suite , which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our bathroom had both, a shower and a bath, with a separate toilet and two sinks, where more than one person could use it at the same time, which was great. There’s changing area, and four very comfortable and clean beds. The staff was also very helpful and nice. Breakfast was also great, with ‘ a la crate’ menu plus such an amazing buffet of cold and hot choices. We really enjoyed it. The location is hard to beat if you’re visiting London for centrally located events. Huge thanks to everyone for making our weekend great!

Welcomed was very nice and informative. Specifically asked for twin beds as I was visiting with my cousin, thankfully was given our request thank you. Breakfast we were served by a very lovely kind lady called Adeline, she worked there when I used to visit before all the decor had changed in reception and eating areas. Was on ‘the ball’ with all her tables we had to wait for nothing. Definitely a very personable lady helpful and a joy to be served by. A credit to your company. We had a lovely stay in your hotel and felt very safe thank you.

Fabulous location in the heart of Leicester Square, so well placed to get to everything we wanted to. Incredibly helpful staff who looked after us ( I was travelling with my 13yo son who is a wheelchair user) and were very accommodating to ensure we had enough space for his chair. Looked after our luggage whilst we shopped too. Room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and we loved the Nespresso machine & full size smeg fridge. Gorgeous toiletries and lots of fluffy towels in the bathroom too.

I would recommend this hotel based solely on location! Most every attraction was near by, easy access to the tube as well as walking distance to soho and Chinatown! We loved that the hotel had free water available to take up the rooms for our convenience. We had a spacious room and considered the rooms fairly quiet considering the location!
