Friendly staff. Excellent location on Leicester Square steps from the TCKTS box office, theatres. The Lego Store, the M&M store,etc. Extremely responsive Concierge, Daniel made booking transportation and entertainment easy and enjoyable. The staff accommodated my family with 3 young sons so well, including the wait staff at the restaurant who were able to suggest modifications to the a la carte menu to make it more palatable for children. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice as well. They had a baby cot and the pull out sofa comfortably made up and attended to each day.

It was within walking distance of major theaters, entertainment venues, and popular tourist spots. The Radisson blu Hampshire could not be located any better for a short stay in London especially if your there for a show being 5-10 minutes walk from most theatres, there is also a plentiful amount of places to eat from Italian restaurants to the a large number of eateries in Chinatown plus your normal fast food restaurants. the standard of care given by the staff was perfect with the room kept clean by housekeeping to a really high standard plus a welcoming bottle of bubbly in the room on arrival.
